Centific today announced the launch of RL Environments-as-a-Service (RLEaaS), a new product category that delivers fully configurable, industry-authentic simulation enterprises purpose-built for training and evaluating AI agents across high-value business functions and associated processes. The offering addresses a critical gap in the AI development lifecycle: the absence of realistic, high-fidelity environments where agents can be trained against the institutional complexity they will encounter in production.
Frontier AI models have demonstrated remarkable general capabilities, yet deployment outcomes in enterprise settings remain inconsistent. For example, leading models solved fewer than 28% of governed banking tasks out of the box; not due to a lack of intelligence, but due to a lack of training environments that encode institutional and regulatory expertise and context, and workflow complexity. Centific's RLEaaS is designed to close this, and similar gaps across industries.
"Our motto: no bad models; only bad training.” Said Venkat Rangapuram, CEO and Co-Founder of Centific. “If you train an AI agent against a generic task, you get a generic agent. If you train it inside a simulation enterprise that mirrors the complexity, constraints, and messiness of real deployment, you get an agent that actually works. And at Centific, we exist to make AI work responsibly."
What Centific RLEaaS Delivers
RLEaaS is built on three interlocking layers. The Simulation Enterprise Builder produces fully stateful digital companies complete with org charts, ERP and CRM data environments, regulatory frameworks, and operational state, configurable to mirror a client's specific deployment context. The Scenario Engine transforms each simulated company into a dynamic RL environment, generating branching, multi-step task sequences across four complexity tiers ranging from routine operations to adversarial edge cases and systemic stress tests. The Expert Human-in-the-Loop layer pairs every environment with domain practitioners, including licensed claims adjusters, Series 7 holders, and compliance officers, who author evaluation rubrics and generate structured reward signals that go beyond task completion to assess reasoning quality, regulatory awareness, and risk identification.
Simulation Verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology and SaaS, Supply Chain, Public Sector, And Ecommerce simulated companies available; with more planned.
Cross-Vertical Functions: Eight additional simulated functions available for deployment across verticals: HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement, with additional out-of-the box personas in development.
Availability
Centific RLEaaS is available now for frontier model labs and enterprise AI teams. The initial launch includes FinSim (financial services), MedSim (healthcare), and DevSim (enterprise SaaS) simulation environments. ShipSim (supply chain) and PubSim (public sector) are planned for release next month.
